What does it cost to run each month?
The AI model usage is billed to your own account, not through us. For a typical small-business site it is usually a few dollars a month; it grows with the number of conversations.
Will it make things up?
It is set up to answer only from your content and to hand off to you when it cannot find the answer. No AI chatbot is perfect, so you test it with your real questions during the preview and approve it before it goes live.
Which website platforms does it work with?
Any site where you can paste an embed code: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and plain HTML sites.
Where do the leads go?
To your email inbox, or to your CRM if it accepts new contacts by email, form or API.
How do I update what it knows?
You get a short guide. When your prices or services change, you update the content and the chatbot answers from the new version.
