Questions
Zapier, Make or n8n: which one should I use?
Usually the one you already pay for. Zapier is the easiest to hand over and connects to the most apps. Make is visual and often cheaper for long, multi-step scenarios. n8n can be self-hosted, which keeps costs down at high volume. If you have no preference, tell us what the workflow does and roughly how often it runs, and we will recommend one before we start.
Do I need a paid Zapier, Make or n8n plan?
The platform account and its subscription are yours. Whether a free tier is enough depends on the number of steps, the apps involved and how many times a month it runs. We check the workflow against your plan before building and tell you if it needs an upgrade.
Do you need my password?
No. Invite us as a team member or share a folder, and remove our access after handover. Or we build it in our own account and send you the blueprint (Make and n8n) or a shared template (Zapier) to import.
What counts as one workflow?
One trigger and the steps that follow it, up to about 8 steps including filters and simple branches. “New Typeform entry → add to HubSpot → Slack message → welcome email” is one workflow.
I am a VA. Can I hand this to my client?
Yes. That is what the service is designed for. You get the workflow, the notes and the walkthrough video, and your client owns the result.
